Description

If you have had a tooth gem applied by Rachel at Wicked Tooth Gems and would like a removal done, book this appointment here.

If you have had a tooth gem applied elsewhere, we will NOT remove your tooth gem. 

At the scheduled appointment you will be required to show proof of the date range of when you got your tooth gem at Wicked Tooth Gems. We will confirm with our appointment booking system that you did indeed get your gem applied by us and proceed with removal.

If you did not get your gem done by us, you can go to any local dentist or orthodontist for a removal procedure.

The removal cost is $30 per tooth.

 

We are not offering removals for disco ball teeth or chandelier teeth at this time. Contact your local dentist for removal for any fully covered teeth.
