Create Your OWN Custom Tooth Gem!!! For a one time mold/design fee our private jeweler will create your design and bring it to life in an actual 18k Gold Tooth Charm.

Once your design has been approved and created, we will ship you the final product.

The one time design/mold fee comes with ONE of your new design in your choice of Yellow or White Gold.
Once the design has been made, you can reorder the same design for $40 per charm.
