Once your order is placed, please email us with your ORDER # and let us know which location you'd like to schedule your pick up at, Anaheim or Temecula, CA

If your tracking shows that it was delivered and you did not receive the package, you MUST contact USPS first and see if the packaged was delayed or there was an issue or mistake on their end. We can not control USPS delays or mistakes and before contacting us, you need to contact USPS.
