If piercing is for a minor they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proof of ID & copy of birth certificate.

Our policies for minors are 16+ up can get facial or navel piercings with parent present. Minors under 16 years of age are limited to ear piercings only. No facial or navel piercings allowed.
